March 15, 2010 - Spencer Gibb‘s solo album BEAUTIFUL MESS is nearly completed. The album is Co-produced by Aaron Frescas, string and orchestral arrangements, Produced by Ludek Drizhal, were recorded with the Czech National Symphony Orchestra in Prague in December 2009.
 
October 25, 2009 - As a part of  the Austin Film Festival  2009 Tim McCanlies' ALABAMA MOON, starring John Goodman, Clint Howard, Jimmy Bennett screened at the Paramount Theatre, Austin, TX.

September 25, 2009 - Tracie Laymon's film INSIDE screens at the Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas.
 
September 12 - 20, 2009 - by personal invitation from Jacek Bromski, Ludek attends the Polish Film Festival Gdynia, the place of the Golden Lions Awards (Polish Oscars). Jacek Bromski is a three - time recipient of the award.
 
August 7 - 9, 2009 - Ludek attends the Feel Good Film Festival at the Egyptian Theater in Los Angeles where he is one of the three judges in the Best Song Category.
 
June 15 – 18, 2009 - Ludek attends the Warsaw premiere of Jacek Bromski’s third installment of a hugely popular trilogy GOD’S LITTLE VILLAGE A.K.A. U PANA BOGA ZA MIEDZA (Clip from the Warsaw premiere - YouTube Link).  The film tops the box office in Poland and brings in record earnings.  The soundtrack is presently available through out Europe.  The Film is scheduled to receive its New York premiere in September 2009.
 
May 12, 2009 – BADLAND receives an award for Best Actor - Jamie Draven at the Milan International Film Festival, Milan, Italy.
 
May 11, 2009 – Tracie Laymon's film INSIDE screens at the Milan International Film Festival, Milan, Italy where it received nomination for Best Short Film .
 
April 5, 2009 - BADLAND receives Bronze in The Best Picture Category at the Lake Arrowhead Film Festival, Lake Arrowhead, California.
 
March 15, 2009 - Francesco Lucente's film BADLAND receives an award at the European Independent Film Festival (ECU) in Paris, France - Best Non-European Dramatic Feature.
 
April 29, 2009 - Ludek signed on to score a new film ALABAMA MOON directed by TIm McCanlies (Secondhand Lions, The Iron Giant), produced by Lee Faulkner and Kenny McLean.  The story is based on a novel by Watt Key.  The film stars Jimmy Bennett (Star-Trek, Evan Almighty), John Goodman (The Babe, The Big Lebowski), Clint Howard (Apollo 13, Frost/Nixon).
 

March 15, 2009 – Ludek completed his score for Comedy/Trilogy U PANA BOGA ZA MIEDZA (English title: God’s Little Village) written and directed by the icon of Polish cinema Jacek Bromski. This hugely popular Polish trilogy will premiere in Poland between June 15 – 19, and also in New York at the end of June.  Jacek Bromski is also a Vice-president of the International Association of Audiovisual Authors, AIDAA - Association Internationale des Auteurs de l'Audiovisuel in Brussels, Belgium and President of the World Cinema Alliance organization established in 2007. 
 
January 4, 2009 – Ludek signed on to score a feature Documentary GIVE US THIS DAY written and directed by Billy Raftery. This powerful film provides an authentic and intimate look into the lives of Durban, South Africa's street kids. In search of better lives, these children find not only a world of prostitution, but also drug addiction, and extreme violence.

July 21, 2007 - Ludek is happy to announce the start of his collaboration with writer/director/producer Stewart St. John (California Heaven, Seventeen Again) to compose an original score for his new award winning SCI-FI film THE CHRONICLES OF HOLLOW EARTH: THE NEXT RACE staring Bailey Chase (Saving Grace, Ugly Betty, Buffy The Vampire Slayer), Eric Scott Woods, Kristy Jean Hulslander.
